Branches located in Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Indiana. We

11 Branches, this role focuses on:Customer ExperienceEstablish and
lead a culture emphasized on Customer Service.Work closely with the
Sales and Marketing Manager to identify operational capacity,
potential sales opportunities and improving our cost to
serve.Employee ExperienceIdentify current and future talent needs
and development opportunities.Provide clear expectations and
visible leadership to our Branch Managers and their teams.Actively
coach and mentor branch leadersLead employee engagement activities,
actively seek feedback and own action items to support employee
retention and communication.Champion a pay for performance
cultureLead change management efforts throughout the
organization.Branch OperationsAssess warehouse and delivery
operations and develop strategies that support the most efficient
footprint and customer delivery model.Define, communicate and
establish accountability for KPIs that measure and deliver
results.Develop and implements standard operating
procedures.Collaborate on annual P&L budgets and regularly
monitor progress.Review, assess and implement appropriate system
tools to support the operations.Ensure accuracy and accountability
for inventory control & warehouse layout.Project ManagementLead and
implement business projects.SafetyIn partnership with the HR team,
lead and support a Safety Culture across the organization.Here is
what we are looking for...Requirements:10+ years management
experience5+ Years combined experience in Customer Service and
Logistics/Warehouse5+ Years of managing teams in a multi-site
environment.Experience with financial budgeting and managing a
P&LProject Management ExperienceClean driving recordTravel 70%
to our Branch locations with some occasional overnight
stays.Preferred:Bachelors degree in related fieldExperience in a
Lean Environment, leading Continuous Improvement Projects.Six Sigma
DesignationWMS implementation experienceStrategic
PlanningProficient in Microsoft SuiteEffective communication and
facilitation skillsLeadership SkillsData Analysis & Problem
SolvingAbility to Influence and act with a high sense of urgency
