Provide comprehensive nursing care in various medical settings based on day-to-day needs. Implement patient care plans efficiently, adapting to the specific requirements of urgent, primary, and specialty care environments Assist in patient assessments and the administration of treatments as per health care provider's prescriptions Document patient care services and collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate integrated patient management Ensure the optimal utilization of resources and adherence to compliance standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to maintain clinical competencies Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform in varied healthcare settings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Adaptability and resilience, with the capacity to handle stress effectively Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems Capability to make swift decisions in emergency situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
