We are seeking a Property Manager to take full ownership of Willow Crossings Apartments, a 418 apartment community in Terre Haute, driving financial performance, operational excellence, and team success. What You’ll Do: Drive Performance Achieve and exceed leasing & occupancy goals Maximize renewal capture and resident retention Manage delinquency and actively pursue collections Identify opportunities to increase income, reduce expenses, and grow NOI Manage your property within budget and financial guidelines Oversee maintenance operations Process invoices and ensure timely financial operations Lead & Develop Your Team Hire, train, coach, and develop on-site team members Conduct team meetings, performance check-ins, and training sessions Drive accountability and adherence to Monarch standards and processes Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture Who Thrives Here 2 years of multifamily property management experience Experience leading and developing teams (3 employees preferred) Strong understanding of leasing, collections, and property operations Compensation & Benefits $68,000 to $75,000 Base Pay Up to $4,800 annual bonus potential Delinquency bonus potential 401(k) with up to 3% company match Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance, $45/month for employee Vision, dental, and life insurance Paid Time Off: Year 1: 80 hours, 2–4yrs: 120 hours, 5yrs: 160 hours Paid holidays starting day one 20% rent discount at Monarch communities (terms apply) Longevity benefit, every 5 years: 3-week paid vacation or bonus Apply today and grow your career with Monarch.
