$43,200.00/Annually Timal Group LLC is currently seeking highly
motivated and team-oriented Field Assistants who are eager for

welcoming work environment for everyone. Qualifications Ability to
drive and travel consistently, including out-of-state trips.
Capable of climbing ladders and moving freely to observe all areas
in houses or buildings under construction. Comfortable working in
diverse weather conditions. Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
Required OSHA certification. Valid Driver's License. Strong verbal
and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Basic
computer skills. Some experience in construction is preferred.
Responsibilities Monitor assigned communities daily. Coordinate
vendors, subcontractors, and workers for scheduling. Ensure all
production work adheres to floor plans and selection sheets. Learn
and follow each Builders Scope of Work. Resolve minor field issues
and escalate major concerns to the Field Supervisors/Managers.
Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely communication
throughout the construction process. Conduct material and equipment
inventory, including noting equipment conditions. Comply with and
ensure other workers adhere to OSHA Safety Regulations. Document
all field activity in Jobber for production and payroll reports.
Assist with Punch Out Lists to ensure quality work delivery.
Maintain confidentiality of client and vendor information. Please
