This role as a Customer Service Crew Member is essential to our
customer engagement strategy, serving as the primary link between
our clients and their customers. You will deliver clear,
professional customer service while showcasing leadership and
innovation in a fast-growing industry. Reporting to a team lead or
manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our commitment to
exceptional customer service experiences. Responsibilities of the
Customer Service Crew Member : Skillfully address customer
inquiries, providing clear, accurate information on internet, TV,
and voice services. Educate customers on product benefits,
highlighting value tailored to their communication and
entertainment needs. Facilitate smooth customer service
interactions, assisting with sign-ups, service explanations, and
basic account support for a seamless experience. Meticulously
document all customer interactions and feedback within marketing
systems for precise record-keeping and analysis. Collaborate with
sales and marketing to identify leads, relay insights, and ensure
cohesive acquisition/retention strategies. Actively participate in
training sessions, continuously enhancing product knowledge,
communication, and customer service techniques. Monitor engagement
metrics and personal interaction outcomes, providing data-driven
feedback to enhance outreach effectiveness. Maintain strict
adherence to compliance and ethical standards, upholding the
integrity of Ethereal Consulting Inc. and Frontier. Provide
exceptional customer support, troubleshoot basic issues, and
escalate complex concerns for timely resolution. Act as a brand
ambassador for Frontier, fostering positive relationships and
creating memorable experiences for loyalty.
