Job Description Job Description Tom Wood Ford in Indianapolis, IN is searching for a dedicated and skilled All Brands Automotive Technician. The ideal candidate will be able to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles of various makes and models, including luxury cars. Responsibilities: Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services quickly and efficiently Conduct vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance Ensure proper documentation of all services performed Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety protocols and procedures Provide excellent customer service by communicating vehicle issues and repair recommendations clearly Stay updated on automotive technology and repair techniques Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow Perform repairs and maintenance on various components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and more. Adhere to company policies and standards for service quality and customer satisfaction Participate in ongoing training and development programs Other responsibilities as needed Qualifications: ASE certifications. Appropriate tool set to accommodate all brands. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use modern diagnostic tools and equipment. A team player with a commitment to customer satisfaction and high-quality workmanship. Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
