products and processes throughout the product lifecycle from analog
and digital electronic circuit card assemblies to fully integrated
systems. The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance),
Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and
aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft

under) budget deliveries. Responsibilities: Support the engineering
team as an onsite liaison engineer in OH. Support electrical
engineering team as a design engineer. Communicate between offsite
team and production operations for on-aircraft modifications
Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor's of Science degree in
Electrical Engineering or other related discipline and typically 2
or more years of relevant experience Higher education may
substitute for relevant experience Ability to communicate with team
on different sites. Experience with AutoCAD or similar software.
Ability to function independently and communicate effectively with
team in different locations. Knowledge of engineering principles
and practices Experience with Computer Aided Engineering tools
Familiarity with working in multi-disciplinary design and
development teams Qualifications We Prefer: Exposure to simulations
through functional and logical models and system analysis
Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry Experience
composing and analyzing Electrical Load Analysis (ELA), circuit
modeling, simulation, and analysis Familiarity with design
requirements related to High Intensity Radiated Field (HIRF) and
Indirect Effects of Lightning (IEL) Knowledge of industry-standard
electrical design principles, to include, but not limited to
model-based definition, electrical component selection,
manufacturing, and production processes Understanding of Electro
Magnetic Effects (EME) to include Electro Magnetic Compatibility
(EMC) and Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI) Experience in digital
or analog circuit design and schematic capture Understanding of the
printed circuit board layout process and tools Willingness to be
onsite and potential of travelling between offices. At Sierra
