CNO's Marketing Department is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate commercial development and ultimately launch new services and offerings into the market. This role will work with the product management team to design, lead and execute experiments and market viability testing to determine product/market fit as part of an early-stage customer/product discovery process. Additionally, this role will provide sales leaders and account managers with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success.This is your opportunity to be a part of our growing Marketing department. This role will wear multiple hats and will work to inspire, equip and train our Sales team.As a Product Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for shaping and modifying product strategy including Where to play/How to win assessment, SWOT and future trends.
  • Conducts strategic analysis, prepares business cases, financial analysis/projections, and conducts business intelligence in order to identify and develop opportunities for competitive advantage in the marketplace.
  • Engages with outside resources to generate new product ideas that fit with new product strategy and establishes a framework to facilitate and collect internally generated ideas.
  • Leads product launches including conception, market validation, positioning, pricing, packaging, promotion, etc. Monitors and refines to ensure market success.
  • Leads the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging, processes, demo, and tools to support the sales force. The Product Marketing Manager position is well-suited for you if you:
    • Possess strong knowledge of general marketing principles and practices with a specialization in product marketing
    • Have extensive knowledge of sales training best practices (analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation)
    • Support the buying and selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through win/loss
    • Formed foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including content creation, scheduling and coordination, creation and deployment or delivery of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales trainingQualified candidates will have:
      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
      • Seven years of proven client focused experience, in an employee-benefits industry or healthcare setting
      • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional time management skills, including focused strategies for on-time and high-quality delivery
      • Superior organizational, conflict resolution, time management, and negotiation skillsAt this time, CNO is not mandating its associates to be vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment. This role is full time work from home (WFH), also known as Remote. This role can be performed from any US based location within the central or eastern time zone.
