At the same time, roll up their sleeves, when needed, to get things done.The Solution Marketing Manager, Allegion Multi-Family Access, is responsible for leading all marketing activities and programs for the Multi-Family Access business unit. This would include driving our brand and solution awareness, channel marketing, sales program design, and new market development.This role will closely align and participate with team leadership, sales, software, and product development. This role will also collaborate with the greater Allegion organization to partner and leverage assets and resources outside of our core capabilities.What You Will Do:

  • Lead launch of brand and expand awareness to both our channel partners and end customers through:
  • Marketing Materials
  • Web Development
  • Social Media
  • PR / Campaigns
  • Product / Solution Marketing targeted at both channel partners and end customers
  • Develops storytelling of portfolio solution
  • Leads trade show strategy and coordination with Allegion tradeshow team
  • Test and create sales lead generation and customer capture
  • Leverages strong knowledge of market and customer needs to create and implement brand promise strategy
  • Champions commercialization of new product and solutions
  • Assists with the identification and coordination of market and customer research
  • Uses deep understanding of target audiences to develop relevant content
  • Knowledge of and experience in agency managementWhat You Need to Succeed:
    • 7+ years combined experience in one or more of the following: sales management, channel marketing, business marketing
    • Bachelors degree in marketing, sales, or technology
    • Strong marketing core relative to brand expansion, products, and services
    • Flexible team player with the ability to navigate new business startup business and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Experience managing budget reviews to manage monthly costs and year-to-date finances
    • Previous user or strong exposure to sales and/or marketing automation tools
    • Excellent ability to collaborate across functions - in particular Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Design, Research, Communications, and IT
    • Strong process and detail orientation with excellent analytic skills.
    • Strong communications skills both written, verbal, presentation
    • Results-oriented with proven execution skills

            • The expected Base Salary Range: $85,100 to $158,000 for the salary grade. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
