Salary Range: $150,200 - $225,400 AnnualThe stated pay range is based on a national average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills, and location. This position is bonus-eligible.CNO Financial Group's IT Team is hiring a Director, Enterprise Architecture to serve in a critical leadership role responsible for developing and overseeing the architectural strategy and framework across the enterprise and influencing CNO's technology strategy. This role ensures alignment with the company's business goals, drives innovation, and facilitates the seamless integration of new technologies across all service lines, including life and health insurance, annuities, financial services, and workforce benefits.As a Director, Enterprise Architecture, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap in alignment with the organization's business objectives and IT strategy.
• Chairing the Architecture Review Board; establishing and governing enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and guidelines.
• Collaborating with senior leadership to define and prioritize strategic initiatives and investments.
• Leading the design and implementation of complex enterprise-wide solutions.
• Overseeing the development of architectural models, blueprints, and documentation.
• Ensuring that architecture solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Driving the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement.
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across business units.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
• Leading cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Mentoring and developing a high-performing team of architects and technical professionals.
• Ensuring the team stays current with industry trends and advancements.The Director, Enterprise Architecture position is well-suited for you if you:
• Have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Understand value/benefit trade-offs, as well as adoption curves and time horizons.
• Think strategically and drive execution.
• Have a deep understanding of life and health insurance, annuities, workforce benefits products, and financial services operations.
• Are knowledgeable in AI technology, cloud computing, mainframe systems, data management, cybersecurity, and workflow.What you'll need:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Willingness to work Central or Eastern time zone business hours.What will set you apart:

• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
