In this role, you will have two primary responsibilities:

[1] Being a software product liaison to the Product Innovation team. The PI team is responsible for the continuous development and enhancement of the Authenticx platform. Supporting this team includes:

Maintaining a deep understanding of the Authenticx software platform.
Assisting with new client implementations and system configurations.
Building custom reports for clients and internal teams.
Translating client needs and feature requests for the Product Innovation team.
Testing new product releases.
Supporting the development of communications for new releases.

[2] Supporting Authenticx Customer Success Managers (CSMs). The CSM is responsible for understanding client needs and building business value for our customers. Supporting them includes:

Coordinating schedules and facilitating internal meetings.
Pulling and checking data for client presentations and deliverables.
Creating presentations and client deliverables.
Using the Authenticx platform to answer questions or troubleshoot problems.
Working closely with Insight Analysts and Storytellers.
Always keeping the client needs and desired outcomes at the forefront.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Informatics, Information Technology or similar fields preferred.
1 - 3 years of professional or internship customer service experience in a technology, B2B or professional services environment is preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
Analytical and tech savvy with strong ability to learn new business software systems.
Visual design competency.
Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
Understanding of web applications with a desire to learn new technologies.
Thrives in working in a very cross functional team environment.
Experience with voice of customer software platforms is preferred.

This is a remote/virtual position. We welcome candidates throughout the USA, yet we prefer candidates who live in Indiana or surrounding areas.
