Job Description:
Open Door Health Services (ODHS) is seeking a full-time, board
certified (or eligible to be certified) family medicine physician.
We are in need of a physician who can provide primary care services
in our federally qualified health center clinic (FQHC). If you are

About ODHS & what we offer
Open Door Health Services is a not-for-profit, Federally Qualified
Health Center. We provide comprehensive primary, urgent, and
preventive healthcare services, as well as select specialty
services and social support programs. Our physicians, nurse
practitioners, behavioral health providers, and staff offer
friendly, expert care for individuals and families throughout East
Central Indiana--with or without insurance. Ability to pay is not a
barrier to care. Services are offered at multiple locations in
Muncie and Anderson.

Education: Medical Degree from an accredited medical school.
Experience: Strong community health/public health orientation.
Three years of professional medical experience in a clinic setting
preferred.
Certificate/License: Unlimited license to practice medicine in the
State of Indiana. Federal DEA certification. CSR (Controlled
substance registration) for the State of Indiana. Board
certification or board eligibility. Unlimited privileges at Ball
Memorial Hospital.
