month. Focus on maternal and neonatal care. Collaborative team
environment. Commitment to high-quality patient care. Ability to
manage labor and delivery processes. Support for new families
during the postpartum period. Strong communication and assessment
skills required. Adherence to safety and infection control
protocols essential.
