qualified Med/Surg RN in Carmel, Indiana, 46032! Pay Information
$1,662 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: RN Medical/Surgical Specialty: RN Medical/Surgical
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours
Experience: 1 year License: Current RN License Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have: Previous experience with
Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM) is a plus. Description: Provide
direct nursing care in accordance with established policies,
procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Implement
and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate
patient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of
all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry
out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient
discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. This
unit consists of 16 beds and functions as a combined care area.
Staff rotate between Med Surg and Orthopedic care based on patient
needs. The maximum RN to patient ratio is 5 to 1, with a Patient
Care Technician scheduled depending on patient volume. Royal blue
