StaffMed Health Partners is seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician for a unique leadership role at a high-volume, top-rated Emergency and Urgent Care facility in Carmel, Indiana. This position combines clinical care with Medical Director responsibilities, supported by an additional stipend for administrative duties, while leading a collaborative, patient-centered team. Position Highlights: Leadership Role: Clinical Medical Director duties with stipend Annual ED Volume: 20,826 visits Daily Physician Coverage: 24 hours Daily APC Coverage: 8 hours ED Beds: 12 with Fast Track available Hospital Beds: 0 (free-standing ER/urgent care setting) Acuity Level: Low to Medium Trauma Level: Not designated Hospital Medicine Program: Not available Requirements: Board Certification: Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM required) Certifications: ACLS and PALS required Leadership Experience: Preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills Location Highlights: Located in Carmel, Indiana , one of the most desirable suburbs of Indianapolis, this community offers outstanding schools, beautiful parks, and a thriving arts and cultural scene.
