American Traveler is seeking a multi-modality CT/XR Technologist
for a night shift contract requiring ARRT, BLS, and an active IN
state license. Responsibilities - Work in a short-term acute care
hospital in the CT department - Perform both CT and general X-ray
imaging using 2 Phillips IQon CT scanners, 2 Siemens DR X-ray
rooms, Carestream portable units, and Phillips equipment - Serve
adult and pediatric inpatients, outpatients, emergency, and stroke
cases at a Stroke 1 Accredited Hospital - Night shift schedule:
Friday and Saturday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with on-call required one
weekend per month and 1-2 weekdays per month - Must be comfortable
working alone at times - Cerner EMR experience required -
First-time travelers are accepted - Allied positions and surgical
services positions will accept local candidates - Must work two out
of three major holidays during contract - Scrub color is royal blue
- Free parking is available on site - Returning employees must be
separated for at least 12 months before reapplying as a traveler
Requirements - Current ARRT certification and BLS required - Active
Indiana state license required if applicable - Minimum 18 months to
2 years CT and X-ray technologist experience - Experience with
Siemens, Carestream, and Phillips equipment preferred - Must be
able to perform both CT and general X-ray imaging - Must have
completed education at a university accredited by ACEN or CCNE -
Ability to work night shifts and meet holiday coverage requirements
