This opportunity is ideal for experienced Registered Nurses with a strong background in critical care, specifically in step-down units. The role demands expertise in managing ventilators, titratable drips, and caring for cardiac and ICU patients within a team-oriented environment. Nurses will work every other weekend on an evening shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, delivering high-quality care on a 16-bed unit with a 1:2 patient ratio. Qualifications & Desired Experience: - Active RN license with critical care specialty - Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU or step-down units - ACLS certification required - Proficient with ventilator management and administration of titratable drips - Experience with Epic EMR preferred - Ability to float to other critical care areas as needed - Strong teamwork and communication skills Location Details:Situated in Carmel, Indiana, this role places you near a vibrant and growing city known for its excellent quality of life, extensive green spaces, and welcoming community.
