Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date:
ASAP About the Position Shift: Thursday 8a-430p, Friday 6p-6a,
Saturday 6p-6a. Call and holidays required. Up to 4-5 call shifts
per month. Years of experience REQ: 1 First-timers accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: Yes Is on-call REQ? Yes. one weekend a month and 1-2
weekdays a month. Holidays may be required. Required Certs: BLS,
ARRT, IN State License required. Will this traveler need to float
between like units? No Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No Open

Yes. Pending State License accepted: No. IN-STATE LICENSE /
REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB RTO Restrictions: Must work
2/3 major holidays Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs.
in one workweek. 3, 12 hr shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12
hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek. Special Requirements:
Siemens, Carestream Portable, Phillips. Must be able to perform
general Xray. Multi-modality CT/XR Technologist. Comfortable
working alone at times Unit Information: 2 Phillips IQon CT
Scanners, 2 Siemens DR XR Rooms, Carestream, Portables, ER,
Inpatient, Outpatient, Adult and Pediatrics, Stroke 1 Accredited

Care Total Staffed Beds: 153 Scrub Color: Royal Blue Charting:
Cerner Parking Cost: Free Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not
allow IN RN s to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW).
Periop/OR RN s, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from
this rule. These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11/30
deadline. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS
