to offer a FULL-TIME, DAY SHIFT position for a Transplant Surgery
Advanced Practice Provider. Become a part of our team at a hospital

provider in Indiana. Position Details: Full-time employment Shifts:
4 shifts of 10 hours or 5 shifts of 8 hours, Monday to Friday, from
7 AM to 5:30 PM No on-call duties 90% of work will be inpatient 10%
of work will be outpatient Main Responsibilities: Care for a highly
complex transplant patient population Oversee the liver transplant
inpatient service Work collaboratively with surgeons, fellows,
Advanced Practice Providers, pharmacists, and other
multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality inpatient care
Conduct consultations and manage discharges in both the Organ
Transplant Unit (OTU) and Transplant ICU (TICU) Provide care in the
Transplant Outpatient (TOPA) and clinic (SOPA) settings Required
Qualifications: Master's Degree is mandatory Must hold
certification as an ACNP, AGNP, FNP, or PA Experienced Advanced
Practice Provider with a background in transplant, nephrology,
