Job Description Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Case Management - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/22/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel IP RN Case Manager – Onsite/n/n• Experience: 2 years Inpatient RN Case Management (required)/n• License: Indiana or Compact RN | Case Management certification preferred/n• Duties: Independent case management, comprehensive patient assessments, driving length of stay, discharge planning, and accurate Epic documentation/n• EMR/Tools: Epic, cell phone/n• Schedule: 8-hour shifts (M–F) weekend rotation; call only if specified/n• Floating: May float between units (IP Case Management only)/n• Units: 20–36 beds (1–2 RN Case Managers per unit)/n• Dress Code: Business casual white lab coat or eggplant scrubs; closed-toe shoes/n/nOrientation:/n• Parkview General (6 hrs) | Epic (4 hrs) | Peer training (8–16 hrs) | Supervised assignment (8–16 hrs)/n/n/nNotes:/n• Onsite position | 8 hrs non-billable orientation/n• Client may cancel up to 24 hrs per 13-week contract/n• Must disclose any requested time off at submission About Malone Healthcare - Nursing With a commitment to providing a higher standard of service and experience in patient care, Malone Healthcare places expert nurses and allied health professionals in rewarding careers throughout the United States.
