a nursing home in Defiance, Ohio. This is an opportunity to make a

primary care, including new admissions, routine follow-up visits,
and comprehensive medical management for residents Collaborate with
an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered
care Requirements: Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state
of Ohio Minimum of 6 months NP experience Prior nursing home or
long-term care experience highly preferred Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $125,000 Full
