seeking eager and compassionate Surgery Scheduler to join our

day What You’ll Do: Coordinates and schedules surgeries by aligning
patient needs, provider availability, hospital capacity, and
required equipment. Collaborates with hospitals, vendors,
providers, and clinical staff to ensure all surgical resources and
protocols are in place. Manages surgical documentation and records,
including updating coding sheets and entering post-operative notes
in the EMR. Handles post-operative patient follow-up and responds
appropriately to urgent situations according to established
protocols. Demonstrates strong professionalism and independent
decision-making, maintaining accuracy, attention to detail,
productivity, and compassionate communication at all times. Some
travel to other OA offices to provide support. What We Offer: A

Required Experience: Health care industry experience as a CMA, MA,
STNA, CNA, PCT, LPN etc.
