Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a passionate and dedicated PRN
MedSurg Registered Nurse to join our team in Anderson, Indiana. The
ideal candidate will provide top-tier patient care in a
Medical-Surgical setting, helping to manage a variety of patient
conditions. This role requires a nurse who can thrive in a dynamic

compassionate care. Our PRN positions offer flexibility that works

patient care. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to
patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients'
conditions and vital signs. Modify patient treatment plans as
indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Consult and
coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement,
or evaluate patient care plans. Maintain accurate, detailed reports
and records of patient care. Order, interpret, and evaluate
diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's condition. Ensure
all safety and infection control practices are followed. Strong
clinical skills in a MedSurg environment Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Ability to think and act quickly in
high-pressure situations Advanced knowledge of EMR systems Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in
Indiana BLS Certification required ACLS preferred
