COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Dentist (DDS/DMD) Base salary starting at $200,000 (negotiable), salary increase year two $10,000 sign-on bonus Relocation assistance available NHSC student loan repayment eligibility - $50,000 FTCA malpractice coverage provided Medical, dental, and vision insurance (80% employer-paid for employee) Four weeks paid time off, plus 10 paid holidays and paid sick time Continuing education: 4 days and $3,000 annual allowance 403(b) retirement plan with employer contribution Licensure and DEA reimbursement Employer-paid life insurance Employee dental service allowance RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Dentist (DDS/DMD) FQHC outpatient clinic Comprehensive general dentistry Crowns, fillings, extractions, dentures, and partials Option to perform basic endodontics based on comfort level Specialty procedures referred as appropriate Six operatories Clinical team includes two dentists, three hygienists, and two experienced assistants Schedule is weekday daytime hours with no after-hours responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Dentist (DDS/DMD) DDS or DMD from an accredited program Eligible for Ohio dental license DEA registration or ability to obtain New graduates welcome Interest in working in a team-based, community-focused setting COMMUNITY Dentist (DDS/DMD) Approximately 45 minutes to Fort Wayne International Airport Driving access to Toledo, Dayton, Columbus, Indianapolis, and Detroit Affordable housing and lower cost of living than many metro areas Short commutes and a steady daily pace Safe neighborhoods and strong sense of community Quality schools and family-friendly amenities Local restaurants, coffee shops, and community events Performing arts, theater, and local arts programming Parks, walking trails, and seasonal festivals.
