Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Active Ohio state license or ability to obtain Ohio license prior to start of assignment BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required Experience in skilled nursing facility setting preferred Experience evaluating and treating dysphagia, cognitive-communication disorders, and delivering individualized therapy plans preferred Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Shift Name: Days Shift Details: 5 days per week Location Highlights Lebanon, OH offers a blend of historic charm and outdoor access within a short drive.
