NP for Family Medicine/Occupational Health in Indianapolis, IN

SPECIALTY: Nurse Practitioner
TYPE: Locum/1099 Contract Position

DESCRIPTION:
Where: Two locations in the Indianapolis Area
Dates: 5 /16-5/31 Mon-Fri
6/1-10 Mon-Fr

Monday Friday 9a-6p less lunch

1 year experience in Occupational Medicine
DOT Certification required
Full office staff
20-25 Patients per day
DOT, Pre-Employment Physicals and on the job injuries

REQUIREMENTS:

IN State License
DEA
BLS
DOT
