Job Summary
Interim HealthCare of Indianapolis is seeking to hire a Physical Therapist. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive background in Physical Therapy and will work with patients to improve their quality of life. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional care and customer service.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time/Hourly contract position with a rate of $54/hour paid weekly.

Responsibilities
--- Designing and implementing individualized physical therapy plans for a pediatric patient population.
--- Observe and record results following selected treatments and modify treatment programs to achieve desired results.
--- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans, perform assessments, review patient progress and discuss patient needs.
--- Participate in the referral process when needed.
--- Implement research-based physical therapy practices.
--- Demonstrates sound judgment, initiative and professionalism.
--- Provide feedback to patients on their performance, explain the progress of their treatment plan and answer any questions they may have.

Requirements
--- Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
--- State registered Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
--- Previous experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred.
--- Ability to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
--- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
