Job Description Job Description Location: Indianapolis, IN 46202 Start Date: 07/28/2025 Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Nights, 4x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00) Guaranteed Hours: 36–48 hours/week (per shift pattern) Unit & Patient Details Setting: Labor & Delivery unit with ~200–300 births/month Ratio: 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio Patient Population: High-risk obstetrics, antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, neonatal resuscitation Floating: May float to Methodist Hospital ED (OB-specific care alongside primary RN; orientation provided on first shift) Scrub Color: Not specified Charting: Cerner Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
