hiring a full-time AT&T Customer Associate, ideal for caring,

through direct outreach. As an AT&T Customer Associate, you’ll
receive targeted training to navigate program eligibility, enroll
qualified customers, and present AT&T’s affordable connectivity
options. You'll build strong communication and consultative skills,
engaging with diverse communities to deliver real-world solutions.
Your efforts will help expand AT&T’s reach in Indianapolis,
bridging the digital divide and creating meaningful customer

create lasting impact. What Will I Be Doing as an AT&T Customer
Associate? Engage potential customers with respectful, informative
conversations about discounted connectivity through a program.
Communicate program benefits, eligibility criteria, and enrollment
steps to ensure full understanding. Guide applicants through
enrollment with care, verifying documentation, and offering
support. Identify customer needs and match them with AT&T’s
participating wireless or internet services. Confidently present
service benefits, emphasizing how they improve daily life and
accessibility. Ensure accurate, compliant processing of enrollments
and documentation per guidelines. Deliver compassionate,
solution-focused service to address concerns and build trust. Keep
up with updates to program rules, eligibility, and AT&T service
offerings. Represent Pinakle and AT&T with integrity, empathy,
and enthusiasm in every interaction. Contribute to a collaborative
team culture by actively joining trainings, sharing insights, and
supporting best practices.
