Marathon Petroleum Corporation, a leading entity in the petroleum refining, marketing, and transportation sector, seeks an experienced OT Compliance Manager to ensure our operational technology systems meet the stringent industry regulatory standards. Based in our Findlay, Ohio headquarters, this role is critical to safeguarding our operational infrastructure across 16 refineries and ensuring compliance with national and international guidelines. The OT Compliance Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and audit of security protocols, managing a comprehensive compliance framework that supports Marathon Petroleum's operational excellence and leadership in the energy sector. Develop and maintain compliance policies for operational technology according to legal and regulatory frameworks. Conduct regular system audits and oversee vulnerability assessments to mitigate risks and uphold system integrity. Coordinate with IT and cybersecurity teams to enforce security measures and protocols. Educate and train staff in compliance standards and procedures. Stay informed of new regulations and industry trends to ensure proactive compliance adjustments. Prepare detailed reports for senior management regarding compliance status and issues. Expertise in compliance regulations and operational technology within the oil and gas industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
