continues to scale its AI capabilities across our Commercial
Digital Office, we are seeking an experienced AI Portfolio Lead to
drive strategic initiatives across three high-impact domains:
Avatars Project Rollout : Lead the deployment of AI-powered avatars
to interact with cutomers and to train field forces, ensuring
alignment with brand strategy, compliance, and customer engagement
goals. Prompting Educational Program : Design and expand a global
prompting curriculum to upskill teams in generative AI interaction,
prompt engineering, and responsible AI use. AI Initiatives
Expansion : Oversee the growth of AI programs across non US
geographies, including new use cases selection, cross-functional
pilots, and scaling successful prototypes into enterprise
solutions. This role will report to senior leadership and
collaborate closely with Tech at Lilly, IVA (International Value
Access) Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, and external
partners to leverage Avatar and Agentic AI to support digital only
model for mature brands and new product launchings. At the same
time you will foster productivity and field forces efficiency
ensuring educational programs and deployment of AI solutions at
scale. What You Will Do Define and manage the AI portfolio roadmap
across avatars program deployment and AI use cases expansion to
serve all types of customers (HCPs, Payors, Patients) Deploy and
operate AI solutions to support operational excellence and
productivity through prompting education and AI internal use cases.
Take advantage of AI to reinforce compliance at scale Lead
cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and impactful AI
solutions. Partner with internal stakeholders to identify new
opportunities for AI integration in commercial, IVA and medical
workflows. Identify opportunities to internalize AI tech framework
for cost effectiveness and strategical hand over in collaboration
with Solutions Service Establish KPIs and success metrics for each
initiative, ensuring measurable business value. Represent Lilly
externally in AI forums, partnerships, and thought leadership
engagements. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. 10 years of
experience in AI strategy, product leadership, or digital
transformation. Proven track record of leading enterprise AI
initiatives from concept to scale. Experience with generative AI,
LLMs, prompt engineering, and avatar technologies. Preferred Skills
Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) in a relevant field. Experience in
pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries. Familiarity
with AI governance, ethics, and compliance frameworks. Exceptional
communication and stakeholder management skills. Success Profile
for this Role Within the first 6–12 months, success will be
measured by: Launching the first wave of avatar pilots across
priority markets. Expand global prompting education program with
measurable adoption. Expanding the AI portfolio with at least three
new validated use cases. Determine actions to develop the existing
cross-functional AI community of practice Demonstrating leadership

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $124,500 -
$200,200 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a
company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual
performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit
