Job Description:

a skilled Business Analyst with manufacturing industry experience,
with a strong focus on project management and functional
responsibilities. This role involves supporting the manufacturing
area through infrastructure setup, configuration, and support. The
ideal candidate will actively collaborate in MES development and
maintenance, applying blueprints, standards, and simplification to
deliver optimal solutions for operations and customers.
Responsibilities: Infrastructure Standards & Setup: Lead the
execution of infrastructure standards and setup for medium to large
projects, demonstrating strong technical knowledge and
problem-solving abilities. Collaboration: Work as part of a
development team to adopt or adapt technological solutions,
accelerating development and support in the MES domain and ERP
system integrations. Application Development: Provide extensive
knowledge of application development best practices and processes,
alongside strong written, listening, and verbal communication
skills. Business Case Analysis: Analyze complex infrastructure
business cases and functional specifications, simplifying problems
and tasks within the global MES domain. Primary Contact: Act as the
primary contact for MES systems, optimizing software and hardware
resources, and managing critical risks in the IT infrastructure
area. Stability & Reliability: Ensure the stability and reliability
of systems, leading changes or adjustments as needed, and obtaining
managerial approvals while complying with procedures. Other Duties:
Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: Degree:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant
discipline. Experience: 4 years of professional IT experience in a
major, global organization, including infrastructure lead, design,
coding, and implementation of systems. Qualifications: Industry
Standards: Familiarity with information models and data standards,
such as automation and agile architecture. Technical Leadership:
Ability to provide broad and deep technical leadership and cohesive
architectural approaches for strategic efforts. Functional
Specifications: Experience in building and translating functional
specifications into actionable deliverables. Team Collaboration:
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, focusing on
details and quality, and meeting time constraints. Emerging
Technology: Understanding of emerging technology trends and
disruptions to enable new and evolving business operating models.
Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changes
and prioritize tasks independently. Continuous Learning: Enthusiasm
for continuous learning and improvement, with a dedication to
quality and standards. Communication Skills: Effective written and
verbal communication skills. Customer Focus: Demonstrated customer
focus and ability to collaborate with a variety of business and
technical stakeholders and suppliers. Additional Skills: Validation
Lifecycle: Knowledge of validation lifecycle and data integrity
principles. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex
infrastructure business cases and functional specifications, aiming
for simplification. Leadership: Capable of providing broad and deep
technical leadership, translating functional specifications into
actionable deliverables. Technology Trends: Ability to understand
and apply emerging technology trends and disruptions to enable new
business operating models. Collaboration: Work closely with
management, business analysts, functional experts, solution
architects, and technology delivery managers to ensure a robust
