Job Title: Customer Advocate, Part Time
What you would do here:
As our Customer Advocate, our customers will lean on you during
their travels to receive information regarding their policy,
claims, benefits, and 24/7 evacuation assistance services. You will
utilize your strong communication skills with our customers to help
them feel safe during their travels. You will be responsible for
solving problems and making sound decisions while assisting
customers through every aspect of their inquiries. The ideal
candidate should be service oriented and possess the capacity to
juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced and
challenging environment. The ideal candidate will be completely
focused on connecting with our customers and improving the customer
experience in all aspects of their daily responsibilities.
What you already know and have done:
- Proven problem solving abilities through resolution of customer
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
which have been utilized to enhance the customer
- Call center experience managing daily work queues and
escalating unresolved items within required timeframes
- Experience with multi-tasking in a structured work environment,
with the experience of handling confidential and proprietary
- Microsoft Office experience with strong keyboarding speed and
- Ability to work up to 20 hours a week with varying
Ideally you have:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience in customer service with an interest in helping
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform duties with speed and accuracy without
immediate and constant supervision
