***IMMEDIATE NEED FOR A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER***

A large multi-family constructor is looking to add a Project Manager and Sr. PM to their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. They are looking for someone with multi-family construction experience who can direct, coordinate, and keep projects on schedule. This person will be responsible for performing accurate and detailed takeoffs from drawings through the use of computerized estimating and digitizing software, Identify potential subcontractors and vendors for use on projects (responsible for initial bid invitations and prequalification notices). They will also be in charge of contract and purchase order issuance. This is a long term opportunity with a very reputable multi-family company in Indianapolis. Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have:

- 5+ years of Construction Project Management on Multi-Family projects

- Experience running jobs in excess of 30 million

- Degree in Construction Mngt or Construction Eng

- Ability to travel to projects (1-2x a month)

Position Outline:

*direct, coordinate, and keep projects on schedule

*be responsible for performing accurate and detailed takeoffs from drawings through the use of computerized estimating and digitizing software

*Identify potential subcontractors and vendors for use on projects (responsible for initial bid invitations and prequalification notices)

*Occasional trips to the field when needed

*Travel to project sites 1 to 2 times a month (using company airplane)
