Job Skills / Requirements

Responsibilities:
Ability to work through challenging situations with management guidance and support
Ability to train and develop others to perform cleaning tasks in areas such as lobbies, break areas, lunch rooms, restrooms, offices, training rooms, hallways and warehouse space such as aisles and walkways
Ability to perform all tasks above based on staff shortages or associate call-offs
Complete audits and inspections as needed
Assist customers and associates with questions, including follow-up
Ability to work with diverse teams and lead by example
Escalate employee concerns and conflicts to management for resolution
Ensure associates are following appropriate safety protocol
Assist in injury reporting processes
Ensure associates adhere to company and customer policies
Ability to learn different types of motorized equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, walkie riders

Requirements:
1 yr. in a supervisory or lead role in a commercial cleaning, distribution, warehouse, or other direct service industry (hotels, restaurants, retail)
Stand and walk with breaks for up to 10 hours per day
Lift up to 40 lbs. on an occasional basis
Flexibility to adjust plans when needed based on customer demands
