Job Description:

Due to growth, we are seeking to fill a full-time Contract Admin.
Contract Admin responsibilities:
Manage budgets for several projects consecutively through accurate coding and cost reporting
Regulate all aspects of contracts
Originate contract documents, scopes, cost reports and expense distribution reporting
Manage and analyze contractor data
Contract Admin Job Requirements :
Multi-family or hospitality construction experience
Strong proficiency in MS Programs - especially MS Excel and MS Project
The ability to work cooperatively with others.
Must present the ability to execute job duties under stressful circumstances, such as last minute deadlines or other difficult situations.
Strong time-management skills
