Our team is made up of innovate thinkers who enjoy giving our Homeowners flexibility to make their new home fit their needs.The Accounts Payable Assistant requires high attention to detail, and overall thoroughness is required. This position's primary responsibilities revolve around processing Accounts Payable, providing support to the Accounting Department, and assistance with check runs. Additional responsibilities include daily backup for the front desk.Overview:The Accounts Payable Specialist requires high attention to detail and overall thoroughness. -This position's primary responsibilities revolve around processing full cycle Accounts Payable, processing checks and providing support to the Accounting Department.Essential Duties:

• Assist with processing invoices, obtaining approvals, and entering invoices. - -
• Processing vendor payments.
• Coordinating invoices with checks and preparing for mail or pickup.
• Collecting W-9s and Certificates of Insurance.
• Reconciling vendor statements.
• Helping with other accounting projects as needed.Qualifications -& Experience:1+ years of experience of Accounts Payable processingHigh School Diploma -o9r Associates DegreeMicrosoft Office Suite ExperienceStrong Communication, both verbal and writtenAbility to learn new accounting softwareSynergistically work with management and across -departments, according -to Company values and culture codeKey Character TraitsDetail oriented, takes initiative, responsible, trustworthy, strong communication -skills, self-disciplined and organized with excellent follow-up.Reports -to Controller
