Job Description:

This position is responsible for the daily activities associated with ancillary product refund cancellations that must be adjudicated for Allied's lender client base. These activities include; reviewing auto loan documents, data processing, executing system tasks, and follow up of process execution. This position will also include oversight mainly of payoffs, repossession, total loss, abandon, and charge off triggering events.$1500 Dollar Sign on Bonus Program*Job DutiesReading and understanding the auto loan/provider documents for coverage amounts and termsInputting data into one technology platform to execute automated processingConduct follow up contacts to dealers/providers via outbound phone calls, letter, and emailDocumenting the cancellation refund process through denial or disbursementManage inventory of 200-300 payoffs, repo's, total loss, abandon, and charge off requestsConduct follow up contacts to insurance carriers and providers related to GAP outcomesOther special projects and duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent work experience of 2 years or more requiredBachelor's degree preferredMin of 1-3 years lending, insurance, financial or automobile dealership background preferredMin of 1-3 years of professional office experience preferredTelephone skills with a minimum of 2 year customer telephone experience preferredAny experience with a compliance or regulatory or auto service provider will be consideredUnderstanding of auto lending contracts, dealer service contracts and provider contractsStrong customer service focus or previous customer service experience requiredStrong computer skills with knowledge of Lotus Notes, Microsoft office suite (45 wpm)Strong attention to detail, including math computation, producing a product that is accurateAbility to acknowledge and respect confidential informationAbility to work in a professional environment and interact with Financial Institution clientsAbility to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple support functionsAbility to learn quickly and adapt to different workload scenariosAbility to work somewhat independently in a fast-paced environment with support of a LeaderWork assignments are diversified.
