Job Description:

The responsibility of the Remarketing Field Operations Specialist position is to support the Field Operations Team as well as manage inventory at locations outside of PAR's preferred network. Success in this role is measured by vehicles remarketed monthly through auction partners as well as new client volume acquired.Duties & Responsibilities:

• Leverage all available OPENLANE dealer-facing tools and technology, product, and services, as well as accepted third party industry tools.
• Perform sale day duties, including, but not limited to, pre-sale reports, customer service, IF duties, and post-sale reports.
• Ability to explain to clients the subjects of remarketing specifics, such as mechanical issues, body and paint work, and market conditions.
  • Oversee and facilitate the Remarketing process for vehicles at non-primary auction locations.
  • Oversee processes for non-traditional, digital first sale process and online only tools.
  • Use independent judgment as well as tools provided to evaluate damage and repairs needed.
  • Research, evaluate validity, and resolve arbitrations after the sale.
  • Assist Field Operations team by reviewing condition reports, reconciling inventory, monitoring auction communication and vehicle preparation, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with Internal Operations procedures and audits as needed.
    • Perform other assignments as specified by the Remarketing Field Operations Manager
    • Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner. Educational Qualifications and Requirements:
      • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
      • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
      • At least (3) years of remarketing, auction or related field experience required.
      • Proven communication and presentation skill
      • Strong relationship management expertise
      • Possess a high level of comfort with technology.
      • Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
      • Proven ability to recognize problems and create solutions.
      • Accuracy of work and volume must be satisfactory.
      • Proficient in Google Workspace
