Account Specialist that is responsible for building, maintaining
and growing customer relationships by providing elite level
customer service with an emphasis on account processing and
procedures. Related tasks for position include processing requests
related to accounts with various credit approved exceptions based
on a dealers business model. Including conducting activities
related to buying & selling of units both inside and outside of the
auction along with account management utilizing various systems to
track status and insure compliance. The specialist role encourages
the ability to streamline business processes while working in
collaboration with other MDA team members. Analyzing trends and
metrics to mitigate risk. Apply company policy with some autonomous
decision making based on the specific circumstances. This person
must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic work

Will :
- Provide specialized support to AFC's Major Dealer Accounts
Nationwide including:
- Making funding determinations based on daily dealer account
usage across multiple data points
- Authority to approve or deny floorings based on an accounts
business model or when risk is identified
- Analyze account trends
- Effectively promote other OPENLANE businesses' products and
service to customers
- Communicating to the dealer current account status and
providing resolutions to any issues encountered
- Understand and operate within compliance of all applicable laws
and codes for the assigned geographic area
- Perform other duties, as assigned Must Have's :
- Good organizational, clerical, oral, and written language
skills
- Familiarity with concepts, procedures, and processes typically
used in the automotive and financial services industries
- Detail-oriented; team player; excellent customer service; quick
learner; adaptable and open to change; ability to multitask; must
be a strong researcher and problem-solving skills
- A v alid driver's l icense
- Willingness to travel locally to support our customer base Nice

- Previous collections experience
- Previous auto i ndustry experience
- Customer relationship management (CRM) tool familiarity
