Summary Langham Logistics partners with forward-thinking

looking for an exceptional leader to join our team and help drive
our next chapter of growth in transportation, warehousing, and
fulfillment services. This position will rapidly scale our customer
base and business volume in this strategically important segment of
our business. They will lead us in developing and executing new
business with existing and new customers leveraging our growing
portfolio of facilities and deep 3PL experience. Evaluation of
performancePerformance will be evaluated based on meeting the
requirements of the job description, including, but not limited to
the following:Meeting performance metrics and other quality
indicators established for this positionWorking according to
specifications, policies, and standards established by Langham
LogisticsWorking effectively in a team environmentProviding a high
level of internal and external customer service. Performance
metricsPerformance metrics for this position will be established
annually based on company revenue, EBIDTA, business unit goals, and
individual goals.Key outcomes expectedPrimarily focus on developing
business for Transportation and Warehousing operations. Develop new
customer revenue streams and grow existing customer engagement in
an entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment.Monitor industry news
and developments to stay up-to-date on potential opportunitiesBuild
and maintain relationships with potential clients Critical skills,
knowledge, and behaviorsSuperior business development experience
with demonstrated success in engaging Senior supply chain decision
makers In depth knowledge of transportation and warehouse
operations and market trends. Demonstrated success in closing over
$3 Million in annual sales to support a growing
organization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with
an ability to present well in front of a group Strong analytical
and problem-solving skillsStrong time management skills and the
ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyAbility to work
independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with CRM software
and Microsoft Office suite Experience, education, degrees,
licensesBachelor's Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing or related
field A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive, senior level
experience in Business Development Physical demandsMust be able to
work in an office environment, and travel to support sales
