Furniture Delivery Driver

A well established national company is searching for the right person to deliver and install furniture in the Indianapolis area. Providing excellent customer service is our #1 priority -you must possess a great work ethic and a 'can do' attitude.

Job Requirements:
Previous delivery and installation experience is preferred but not required. Company truck and equipment provided. Individual must possess the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment when needed. The right candidate must be well-groomed, drug-free, have a good driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check.

In addition to the qualities listed above, the right candidate must possess the following:

• Deliver/pick-up or assist with furniture and housewares
  
• Warehouse organization, pull, load, deliver and pickup furniture
  
• The ability to work independently with little supervision
  
• The ability to climb stairs on a regular basis
  
• The ability to lift or maneuver 50 lbs and occasionally 125 lbs.
  If selected for the position you will be required to:
  
  • Submit to a pre-employment/pre-appointment drug test and background check
    
  • Submit to employer paid- DOT physical and medical certification to ensure compliance with ----applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations and guidelines
    *Must be 21 years of age and hold a valid IN state driver's license.*
    
    *Starting rate is based on relevant experience.*
