Client DetailsThis Developer/General Contractor client has been growing since their inception and develop about 100% of the work they complete. They specialize in multifamily construction and are looking for a Contract Administrator to oversee multiple projects at once in a collaborative, team environment.Description

  • Manage client and contractor relations and communication
  • Performs clerical duties to include scanning, copying and creating/maintaining job folders for all construction projects
  • Assist the project managers in maintaining construction project cost accounting
  • Assist the project managers in collecting and tracking costs for ongoing projects.
  • Utilizing Procore, creates, tracks, and process all contracts and change orders for projects
  • Provides on-going support to contractors involved with current projects and initiates contractors payment applications, lien waivers, certified payroll, and MBE / WBE participation forms for consolidation into monthly payment reports to clients
  • Acts in accordance with the values of the company and comply with all company processes and proceduresProfile
    • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Construction admin experience REQUIRED
    • 5+ years of prior administrative experience, demonstrating superior:
