highly motivated and customer-focused Client Service Representative
to join our frontline team. In this role, you’ll be the face of
AT&T, connecting directly with customers, understanding their
needs, and guiding them to the best telecommunications solutions.

you’ll receive hands-on training to master the art of direct
customer engagement within the AT&T Retail space. You'll gain
expertise in AT&T’s diverse range of wireless devices, home
internet, and digital TV services, including product features,
service activation, and customer account management. You’ll become
an essential direct expert, ensuring every customer interaction is
positive, informative, and seamlessly leads to an exceptional
experience. What You'll Be Doing as a Client Service Representative
Proactively welcome customers and spark authentic conversations to
identify their wireless and home service needs. Recommend tailored
AT&T solutions—including wireless, internet, devices, and
bundles—based on customer lifestyles. Confidently demonstrate
product features, helping customers understand real-world benefits
and everyday applications. Accurately handle new activations,
upgrades, and transactions while ensuring compliance with all
AT&T standards. Assist with account management, billing
questions, service changes, and basic technical support with care
and efficiency. Share current promotions, loyalty offers, and
bundled packages to maximize customer satisfaction and long-term
value. Manage escalated concerns with professionalism, ensuring
timely resolution and building brand loyalty. Keep the retail space
clean, visually appealing, and fully stocked with current
promotional displays and products. Consistently exceed personal and
team sales goals while fostering a customer-first experience. Stay
current on AT&T products and services through ongoing training
and team collaboration.
