What You'll Do Meet with homeowners to assess needs and present exterior solutions Perform inspections (roofs, siding, gutters) and provide estimates Follow a proven consultative sales process with high close rates Run both company-provided and self-generated leads Prospect and generate referrals through canvassing, networking, and community events Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For We hire for character first sales and construction experience is a plus, but not required.
