Join us as a Trauma & Extremities Sales Representative , where you’ll build strategic relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals, drive growth across new and existing accounts, and help deliver life-changing solutions. What will you be doing? Achieve sales quota and grow business within your territory Build strong relationships with orthopedic and podiatric surgeons, hospitals, and OR staff Convert physicians and accounts through impactful sales calls and financial programs Provide technical support and conduct in-service training programs at hospitals and clinics Train physicians on SmithNephew products through labs and educational programs Collaborate with Trauma, Endo, and Recon counterparts to deliver excellent service Support and mentor less experienced sales personnel in the territory Manage field inventory and sales samples Develop and execute a business plan under the guidance of leadership What will you need to be successful? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with at least 2 years of quota attainment Proven ability to sell or convert business at surgeon or hospital level Experience in orthopedic products preferred Strong communication, presentation, and technical skills Ability to travel 50–75% All field sales professionals who are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role must successfully complete the credentialing process and comply with the requirements of those facilities they support, which can include adherence to any established vaccine protocols.
