seeks a Medical Affairs Project Manager (P4 – P4-2) to lead the
creation of integrated operational plans for medical affairs
priorities. Translate key activities and timelines into operational
plans. Drive development and maintenance of integrated project
budgets that align team, functional, and third-party resources.
Develop change management and team communication plans. Promote
alignment of critical activities and manage changes to scope,
quality, cost, and timing. Provide operational support for annual
business planning. Identify and implement solutions for continual
process improvement in planning, information flows, and execution
of medical affairs deliverables. LI-DNI Position requires a
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field and 3
years of portfolio or project management experience in industry or
professional services including knowledge and execution of project
management processes, systems, and tools. Experience must include a
minimum of: 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams
(including capacity planning) spread across multiple geographies in
implementation of high volume cross-functional initiatives and
projects; 3 years of experience in organizational change
management, business transformation, scope, and risk management; 3
years of experience in complex stakeholder management and
cross-functional cooperation in large-scale matrix organizations; 3
years of experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft
project, or other systems/tools to maintain appropriate project
documentation; 2 years of financial experience in audit,
budgeting/budget management, or financial/investment analysis; 1
year of experience leading business planning, operational planning,
or other major organizational process in a complex cross-functional
environment across multiple geographies; and 2 years of academic or
employment experience with PMBOK, PRINCE, Stage/phase-gate, or
Agile structured project management methodology. Up to 25% domestic

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $145,697.00 per
year Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a
company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual
