Job Description:
Our client, a leading provider of medical equipment solutions,
is seeking a Assembly/Production to join their team. As a
Assembly/Production , you will be part of the Manufacturing
Department supporting Production Operations. The ideal candidate
will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills,
and a proactive work ethic which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Title: Assembly/Production Location: Noblesville,
IN Pay Range: 19.00 Shift: 1st Shift (Monday through Thursday 10
hour shifts - overtime as necessary) What's the Job? Assist in
assembling medical equipment components according to specifications
and safety standards. (ABILITY TO READ BLUEPRINTS) Maintain
accurate records of production activities and quality checks.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed during manufacturing
processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance
efficiency and quality. What's Needed? High School Diploma or
equivalent and 2 or more years of relevant experience/ Associate's
Degree in Electronics Ability to communicate effectively in
English, both written and verbal. Flexibility to work independently
and within a team environment. Excellent attendance,
accountability, and work ethic. Strong attention to detail and
